I Was Today’s Year Old When I Found Out Wale Made The Song “Lotus Flower Bomb” About Solange
MEMPHIS, TN— This past Friday, Memphis-born rapper Juicy J, of Three 6 Mafia fame, revealed that his hit song, “Bandz A Make Her Dance”, was originally written for and about RnB vocalist Sade Adu.
“It was always about her. All the songs, they’re all about her,” he drunkenly blurted out at a Friday-night function. When we reached out to ask him when exactly it was that he made the decision to dedicate his discography to the 2x BET-nominated singer, he replied, “Friday.”
Sade has yet to comment, but we’re not even sure that it matters all that much anymore, as Juicy J is now saying he changes his mind, and that all of his songs are actually about Sabrina Carpenter, Chloe Bailey, Meg Thee Stallion, Harriet Tubman, and, (referring to me) “you, the little pretty bitch asking me questions.”
Although we have never met, Juicy J forgot to add me to his list of dedications smh. I’ll let it slide.
This time. 🤣
